Returns Policy

This page explains how returns and refunds are handled by Winnersh Tile Store.
Returns
- Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or if you want to arrange a return.
- Items should be unused, in a resalable condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
- Special-order or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or supplied in error.
- If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can put it right.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
Refund Timing
Once a return is approved and received where required, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
