These terms explain the rules for using the Winnersh Tile Store website and placing orders with us.
General
By using this website or placing an order with Winnersh Tile Store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or place an order.
Products and Availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. Product availability is subject to stock on hand and we may update or withdraw products at any time.
Orders
An order is not fully accepted until payment has been approved and we have confirmed the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in GBP. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Click & Collect
All orders are fulfilled via click and collect at our store located at 656 Reading Rd, Winnersh. After payment is received, we will contact you by email when your order is ready to collect. Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation. We may ask for proof of order at collection.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Winnersh Tile Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or product availability issues. This does not limit liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.
